GamekaLand HÁZIREND

1. Általános információk

A GamekaLandot a Szabadulószoba Kft. üzemelteti.

GamekaLand can be used in accordance with its purpose and this House Rules. If you have any questions, please contact a GamekaLand colleague.

No commercial activity is allowed within GamekaLand, including promotional, sales activities, and commercial filming.

2. Entry to GamekaLand

The following conditions must be met for entry:

Valid confirmation email

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Stable physical and mental condition (see below)

At least 18 years of age

Presence of suitable change of clothes and change of shoes

For safety reasons, usage is not allowed for individuals weighing over 130 kg

A GamekaLand területére étel és ital behozatala csak előzetes egyeztetés alapján lehetséges, alkoholmentes ital (ajánlottan szénsavmentes víz) fogyasztása az egyes játékok között lehetséges. Dohányzás az épületen kívül, a belső udvarban a bejárattól 5m-re engedélyezett.  

Guests can store their belongings in lockable lockers in the GamekaLand changing rooms (not for storing valuables).

GamekaLand assumes no responsibility for valuable items, glasses, clothes, and other valuables. In case of disappearance of the aforementioned items, GamekaLand is not responsible. GamekaLand is not responsible for any damages caused by the possible breaking of lockers. Only personal items and usual clothing items for personal needs can be placed in the lockers.

It is not allowed to enter GamekaLand under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that alters consciousness or in case of illness that may hinder the proper use of GamekaLand or may cause disproportionate danger to the person suffering from the illness, to third parties, or to GamekaLand. Visitors must possess the physical and mental attributes necessary for the responsible use of GamekaLand, especially proper discipline, self-assessment, and risk assessment.

3. Appropriate attire:

Wearing sporty, warm, and layered clothing is necessary, which does not include glasses, open zippers, loose clothing, ribbons, cords, hats, caps, or other headgear. Clothing must not have protruding metal parts, as they can cause damage to the equipment. Long hair must be tied back. If you have any questions, please contact a member of the GamekaLand team.

Mobile phones, cameras, or cameras can only be brought to the games at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for them. If someone is injured or injures someone else due to the above-mentioned devices, the operator cannot be held responsible.

Harassment of others will result in immediate expulsion.

It is prohibited to climb over or through safety barriers, nets, games, and other equipment. Pipes, structures, and lamps hanging from the ceiling are not part of the game and are not to be touched.

Chewing gum is not allowed.

Additional instructions will be given at each game.

4. Following Instructions:

Any instructions given by any member of the GamekaLand team must be followed under all circumstances. Failure to comply with instructions may result in expulsion from GamekaLand without refund or any other claim.

5. Risk Warning, Liability:

The use of GamekaLand is inherently hazardous. This is particularly true if the service is used by guests who overestimate their own physical and mental abilities, thereby using it improperly.

There is no medical professional on duty at GamekaLand.

Use games and equipment at your own risk. The operator of GamekaLand's liability for damages can only exist if the condition of the games and equipment does not meet the requirements for safe and intended use. The operator is not responsible for the behavior of other guests in particular.

Unreasonably dangerous behavior by others must be reported.

Damage caused by the guest must be reported and reimbursed by the guest.

6. Handling Damage Claims:

For technical reasons related to liability insurance, any damage claim must be reported immediately on-site, in addition to taking a crash report - together with the staff; and secondly, the damage claim must be specified and quantified in writing within 6 months.

7. Use of Cameras, Taking Photos and Videos:

By entering GamekaLand, guests accept, as implied behavior, that the operator takes group, mass photos, group or sweeping videos on the premises of GamekaLand, and uses them online (website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google+) and that certain game rooms of GamekaLand are under camera surveillance. Attention to this is specifically drawn when entering GamekaLand.

8. Leaving GamekaLand:

Upon leaving GamekaLand, the purchased service will be forfeited (exceptions may occur in certain cases).
